"New York 9-11 Memorial will include museums on Indian genocide, black slavery genocide, more"
Fox News

Richard Tofel, director of what was supposed to have been the 9-11 Memorial in New York, was just interviewed on Fox. He reluctantly admitted that the site will house instead something called the American Freedom Memorial, intended to "celebrate American freedom." There will be a 9-11 museum. However, other competing museums on the site will be dedicated to evil white European males' slaughter of American Indians, evil white European males' creation and maintenance of the black slave trade, and other museums "for which the details have not yet been determined."
Folks it's time to pull the plug on this outrage before it can get started with your money.

Man, "Anchor tenants for the lower floors"...sounds just like lets not fly, might be terrorists on board. "Business relocated"... then lets get new businesses to locate there. "poor Architecture"...why are we changing the architecture when the towers were absolutely beautiful and can be made structurally sound ( and we don't have to make them airplane proof, or global warming proof or alien proof either) . "Arizona"...we sure made a few more battleships after they sunk the Arizona. We didn't say "well the Japs sunk our prize warships so lets not build any more because they might sink them again".
This is not an NYC issue this is a USA issue. The nation has to get behind this not NYC. 9-11 took this out of city hands, this ain't no stadium entertainment issue. Its not even a logistical or financial issue. its a matter of national pride and national security. We absolutely need to see these towers going back up. That's what we need to see on Fox news every day. Thats when it will sink in that we are defeating these people. Not just the muslims, but the defeatists at home. This is the only thing that can really silence them.
Brother, the more I think about this issue the more I realize its the only thing in my heart that has to be lifted off. I'm down with the war effort, I'm down with the Red State mandate, I'm really down with knowing our enemy and how to deal with him. The only thing left that needs restoration is the destruction of the towers. I need the vision that's etched in my psyche of those planes and the aftermath lifted off my soul. The absolutely only thing that will bring closure to this is to rebuild them. Can you feel me on this. We can't let those bastards believe that they have somehow altered our existence. If so then we were really terrorized, and don't deserve to be called Americans. Our ancestors built this country and defended it with their blood! We have to carry on that tradition. We must be willing to make the sacrifices necessary to meet this threat...to make this right....to restore our pride and confidence. I believe with all my heart that we need to have those towers back. What do you say my fellow American?

%10000 agree with you ..Well done my man ..
To: hineybona
Thanks buddy, I never realized how much of this I was carrying inside until now. It energizes me just thinking about it. Its like my head and my heart just got reunited and I found my way out of the darkness. Now I feel like I have to get to the bottom of why we aren't already getting this done. Didn't Trump volunteer to build them back just like they were? Was that just ego and self promotion or on the real? Can we somehow link this with the war effort, kind of like the home front in WW2. This is a huge way to support our guys in Iraq. It gives them a reason for being there thats closer to home than "defending democracy". its got a lot of emotion attached.
To: photodawg
What do you say my fellow American? I say every voice counts and we must tell everyone we know to pick up a phone, fax, e-mail and do whatever it takes to stop this from happening.

Yea, Trump has the right idea but I dont know what happened to it .Those bastards in NYC would seel their mother for a nickle. It's about MONEY and MONEY isn't the point..9/11 was the defining event of our times and they want to turn it into some feel good socialist museum..I wrote to the save the WTC site webmaster and suggested they get a pro writer to draft a letter that could be digitally signed online and then have them hand delivered by voulenteers to those in power. They also need to take contributions and get a promotions person to hit every media source possible with this story..I hope fR turns this into it's pet project..
To: hineybona; Calpernia; Velveeta
They also need to take donations and get a serious promo person to push this..What a disgrace ..... They must ask for donations to place a FULL PAGE AD in the N.Y. Times as starters. Once word spreads there should be enough funds to begin placing ads in major newspapers throughout the country.
Sure we can organize a freep in NYC, e-mail radio and tv stations, but unless the leftist media chooses to cover it, it may not get the coverage that a full page ad would get, IMHO.

Im in ..How do we start ..Can someone draft a letter we can all copy and send off to everyone who matters..I'm certainly not the best writer I've seen on FR but will take a well written draft and email all week long if I can.Send to my mail if anyone volunteers a letter..
To: hineybona
I just wrote to their webmaster suggesting they seriously look into accepting donations so an Ad can be placed asap. Hopefully they will notify us so we can spread the word.

Good points about NYC, not exactly red state perspective. It looks like this whack liberal museum thing is getting some traction. I wonder if we can somehow unite anti-museum people with pro-military groups already aiding war effort and try to put coalition together to expand the base. What role do victims families play in this. There was alot of money collected and disbursed. some of it should have rebuilt the towers. I know that the woman responsible for alerting us about museum issue was wife of Pilot of D.C. plane.

I feel you. And I wish to God the computer allowed for uploading smells. Yes, I said smells.
If everyone outside this tri state area could smell the haunt we had for months after 9/11...I'm sure life would be different. I'm sure others would be as passionately enraged as I am.
Months of wet burnt flesh encompassed with dust. And knowing names of that smell. And sharing blood with that smell.
Yes, our loved ones are now associated with a smell. A smell that hits us unexpectedly and renders us immobilized.
Do you remember hearing about this smell? I believed the MSMs batted around 'air quality' and 'air testing' for a while on the air. It was so bad, they had to say something. But they didn't want to clue the world in to the real horror.
So it became the 'air quality and testing around Ground Zero'. The PC talking point. Maybe an enviromental agency gained a grant for this.
Well, as to your point, we don't know what can or needs to be done now. Something happened with the transfer of the memorial between the Governor, Mayor and Victims families. It seems to be the property of this IFC. But without the information of what occurred and the lack of legal and financial assistance, It just very well may be that we have no choice.">When things like this happen, you know that taxes are too high

Wow they're certainly on the ball. I just received a reply to my e-mail saying they're contemplating their every move carefully, considering what they're up against, and should they decide to ask for donations, they will spead the word.

I'm thrilled Neil Cavuto wrote his views on it; but I wish he elaborated a little more. People don't KNOW what is going on. Anyone who doesn't know will just dismiss his article.

Calpernia, exactly right, it was war on our shores. we don't know the smells, sounds, and sights of war until 9-11.We are truly a blessed country. I first saw Manhattan as a 16 year old boy in 1965 on New Years eve. My girlfriend, buddy, sister, and I drove down spur of the moment to watch the ball drop. Girl, it was profound...all that humanity. It left an indelible impact on all of us. I come down a couple times a year now, and it still has that impact. I came down 10-12-2001 and experienced much of the aftermath of the devastation. The biggest impact however, was coming west on the Bruckner expressway looking up at the now familiar skyline.....and not seeing the towers. Nothing prepared me for that. The most recognizable symbols of what freedom and a free economy can do were obliterated by suicidal savages. I was devastated. My brother, a Floridian, was flying his family up and we were going to spend the weekend in Manhattan. We wanted to make a statement to our families that we would not give in to fear. They had the whole plane to themselves, and we got a real good deal on the Hotel room (smile).
As far as your point about the difficulties in restoration, I would just say this. We can't leave it to the politicians. We are at war, and ground zero is a major part of the home front war effort. We need private sector, and individual citizens from all over the country to get this right. We can't leave NYC hangin'. The national goal has to be REBUILD the TOWERS NOW! Nothing less will do.It is infinitely more important than whatever memorial is planned. the only true tribute to the victims, is to restore the World Trade Center. If we as a nation are clear on this, it will GET DONE!

We are all here. Ready to fight. We just need some information. This is bigger than a protest. We are fighting the masters of protests. And, most of them are lawyers. The A.N.S.W.E.R, IAC, IFC and 'whatever spinoff is made of the day' groups have money and political clout. Any input on what we can do is needed.

What is not clear is whether this is only in the preliminary discussion phase or it's a done deal.NOT a done deal according to Debra Burlingame and Tim Sumner.
They're just beginning the fight and need our support.

Howlin, the above is the link to Debra's origingal website, cofounded with Tim Sumner.
They are now linking to http://www.takebackthememorial.org, specific to this topic.
At takebackthememorial.org, the links to the right of the page are VERY convenient for sending out comments.
Tim Sumner has said that right now, the best thing to do is spread the word by writing, calling, faxing etc.
This is just the beginning of the fight. ;-)
