Haven't been following this thread since its inception yesterday...but, in case it hasn't been said...let me be one to say that this is just another case involving a celeb with money and power, who can get away with anything. When the hell are people going to start demanding justice? I mean, this is BS. This guy is sick and twisted, he committed a crime, and should be punished. Case closed.

Wait a minute! The prosecutor filed one charge of child molestation. A grand jury, subsequently, recommended 11 charges of molestation, conspiracy, and alcohol related charges? If anyone was over zealous, it was the grand jury who heard the evidence, not Sneddon?
Jackson may have skated on the first and second attempt to land his wierd ass in jail but he probably won't on the third! And there WILL be a third IMHO. Pedophiles do not self-rehabiltate........

Good Lord, How many children, from totally different families had to give testimony under oath that JUST HAPPENED to say the SAME THINGS in order for YOU to believe this CREEP molested them? (I'm not talking about just this trial either). But the fact that one other boy DID come forth at this trial and seperate from this boy DID state the same thing was PROOF POSITIVE that this happened. That was PROOF ENOUGH that this happened. And we as a society need to error on the side of children when it comes to MOLESTING children!
REMEMBER, in both SEPERATE SITUATIONS:
1) HE GAVE THEM JESUS JUICE
2) HE FONDLED THEM
3) HE MASTERBATED THEM
4) HE BOUGHT THEM GIFTS
5) HE SLEPT WITH THEM

What this jury did was just gave Michael Jackson a LICENSE to MOLEST CHILDREN for the rest of his life!

Grand Juries get their instructions from the DA. He files one charge at first and the rest are created during the process. He doesn't actually have to file any in court.
If 100 warrants, 140 witnesses, tons of paper, and a 14 week trial didn't convict him, perhaps there wasn't anything there.
A third time? That is persecution, not prosecution.
The items in your list are the sound bites, not the facts. You really need to pay closer attention to the trail not the media.

Here are the facts. This isn't Michael's first turn in the turnip truck. The kid was believable even though his mom was a jerk. Witnesses proved the alcohol, and porn (pictures of kids with their butts hanging over the fence).
Look - you don't pay off kids when you have nothing to hide.
Let's not forget the child's ability to identify certain parts of his body.
Are you claiming that IF you were in a Army barracks and a soldier allowed your child to look at child porn/other porn, gave him alcohol, and let the child get close enough to identify marks on his body you wouldn't have a problem with it?
