Exactly, and we will see evidence of this as time goes on. Already, we hear that the verdict was almost a fait accompli, almost no discussion or dissention took place. Why they just didn't come back in to the courtroom after 2 hours or so, can only be explained by their feeling of obligation to go over the case day by day. I don't know why they bothered.

I think that is a factor that we didn't used to think existed, but now does.
I don't know what to think about Jackson. It really could be that in his regressed man-child mind, he really thinks he is also 10 years old, or some kind of Peter Pan, and that he really isn't sexual in any more mature way than any other 10 year old who giggles about sex. It's possible.
I think his weirdness definately gives him some license to do things in evidence that would be damning if it was someone less weird.

Anybody watching Nancy Grace on CourtTV? She held up a book that was found in Michael Jackson's house called "The Boy: A Photographic Essay". It's filled with pictures of nude boys in various poses, some so bad that Nancy said she couldn't describe it because she'd be censored. This book was admitted into evidence.
You do not know this.
And you do not know that he did. A jury just said they listened to 140 witnesses, massive amount of documentation, and nothing presented itself as convincing evidence that he did. Do you have some evidence that proves he did that the jury didn't see??

No, you missed the evidence that you mentioned; the giving of alcohol to minors. From what I heard, there was little argument against that charge. Add to that the pornography, and the on camera, admission by Michael Jackson of his history of sleeping with boys, not to mention the millions paid out to hush up previous accusations. But if you missed it, it must not exist, then. The jury sure missed it.
Is Michael Jackson a convicted pedophile? Not now he isn't. Is Michael Jackson a serial lifetime pedophile? Do you even doubt it?
I didn't know books like that were found, I thought all the sex books that were in his possession were adult type stuff, no kiddie stuff.
I was expecting a conviction on the misdemeanor alcohol charge or at least that the jury would hang on it. Though it should be noted if they didn't believe in the molestation charges they couldn't convict on the felony alcohol charge. I think they decided to give him the benefit of the doubt on the misdemeanor charge and aquitted him.
