Just breaking...
I remember news reports when the trial was only approx. a week along, and the jurors were laughing at the evidence: "The kid said he was tickled, o ho ho. Are they gonna convict Michael because a kid got tickled?"
I am also concerned about all the good people who used to work for Arthur Andersen and lost their livelihoods and retirements because of the actions of overzealous prosecutors in Houston.
These are things I know about from personal experience. And because of this personal experience, I am far less likely to believe prosecutors than I was ten years ago.
I defy you to find ONE POST where I defended Michael Schiavo.

"Innocent until proven guilty" is applicable only in courts of law. If I am a juror it is paramount. However I am not bound by it when forming my personal opinion. OK?

Lawyers TRAIN their witnesses to LOOK AT THE JURY when answering the questions from the lawyer as a means of connection to the jury.
IT IS A S.O.P. TECHNIQUE.

The problem is that everyone on the planet knows that Michael is a weirdo, and that he does weird things. But did they have inconclusive proof that Michael was guilty of the charges that were against him? It appears that indeed, they did not.

I'll agree that DA Tom Sneddon was so wrapped up in trying to nail Jackson that he grabbed a piss-poor case to do it with; but let's face it. The mother was an idiot who has a background of trying to go after money. The JCPenney case that she was wrapped up in several years ago showed that.
Michael Jackson is a freak. And the mother in this case needs to have her head examined, if not getting charged with child endangerment herself.
Any parent who would dare even think about letting their child go anywhere near that freak needs to be strung up.
Jackson will screw the pooch (as it were) again one day. And I hope that he gets caught with his pants down and gets nailed to the wall.
All that being said, people wanting him to be found guilty is no "crime," to use your wording.
