Juror #5 didn't like it when the victim's mother snapped her finger at them. OOPS! Note to Snedded: Tell future witnesses not to snap their fingers at the jury.

Agreed on that...but I think that we have come to expect that type of threat/ statement from Jesse Jackson. Not too many people take him seriously any longer and that includes many in the black community. He and Al Sharpton are viewed as shake down artists, except by those on the Left.
On the preponderance of the evidence, I don't believe that the jury had any other option. Sneddon blew this case. It had nothing to do with MJ's race. Pretty much everyone thinks that MJ's a taco short of a combination plate. It was, though, incumbent upon the prosecution to prove their case. And they didn't.
Sure there is... MJ was found innocent because the mother treated the jury with disdain.

They same woman also said that she would wonder what mother in her right mind would allow their son to sleep with MJ or any man for that matter...didn't we just hear 10 not guilty verdicts??? Is she saying that the kids DID sleep with Micheal...but no funny business took place???

Are you watching the jurors on Fox? They are slamming the mother. One old lady even said it made her mad when the mother snapped her fingers at the jury. She said, "I thought, don't snap your fingers at me, lady!" Wonder what she meant by that? I can let this pedophile go...??
