I caught this video last night while working out at the gym... I seriously had to stop the treadmill and watch, I was in awe and tears.
You can watch it at:
http://www.jalive.com.jm/showvid.asp?strmArtist=Nick%20Cannon&ftr=&strmTitle=Can%20I%20live.
It's nice to see a hip hop artist with a real message, that is actually reaching a group of people who need to see things from another angle.

Still crying... there are no words. I'd pay for welfare for the rest of my working life if it would stop abortion (it wouldn't... two different dynamics going on). This was just beautiful and I signed his guestbook to let him know how much I admired him.

Oh my!! This young man is fantastic, brave and my hero. It takes so much to stand up for the right in this day and age. I don't listen to hiphop often, but I'm going to buy this one.

Thank you very much for posting this.
I'm not a big fan of hip hop, but that was seriously one of the most moving songs I've heard in any genre of music.

I only heard this song once as a young girl and it had such a powerful effect. I remember every word.
Let me live
Let me walk into the sunshine let me live
Feel my mother's arms around me
Feel my father's love surround me
Be a part of God's creation
Let me live.

It cracks me up how in America, these days, anything gets validity just because a certain segment of our population starts talking about it.
