I need more info than this story gives. I would like them to define "sexually explicit". Maybe they were just bath-time photos... (doubtful, but I still need more info.) I have photos of both of my kids nekkid in the bath tub, but they are for posterity - not gratification. My parents took bath pics of me and my sister too.If they were taken for sexual gratification, then they should hang him by his peanuts with barbed wire.

I read on Foxnews that the child was in the custody of authorities. If an out of state family member is the perp, and it was the Dad that called the cops, why on earth does Social Services take the kid away from her parents? How does that help the child??

According to the affidavit, Richard Hawes first went to a CVS in Nashua to develop the photos at a kiosk. When he saw that the photos were printing behind the counter, he left. A store clerk saw the photos.

I was going to say lets wait till more comes out (there have been cases where parents taking pictures of thir babies getting a bath were called sexually explicit) but after reading this part thank goodness they got him..
