I need more info than this story gives. I would like them to define "sexually explicit". Maybe they were just bath-time photos... (doubtful, but I still need more info.) I have photos of both of my kids nekkid in the bath tub, but they are for posterity - not gratification. My parents took bath pics of me and my sister too.If they were taken for sexual gratification, then they should hang him by his peanuts with barbed wire.

We have pictures of 3 different generations of my family being bathed in the same kitchen sink. I think these photos must have been different. (I don't even want to know)

I don't know. I know what you are talking about (the bath pictures and such) - but there's gotta be something more for the clerk to get suspicious about this.

I can't visualize what the "sexually explicit photographs" he took of his of his precious little grand daughter looked like. So I'll have to trust the authorities with this one.

My friend works in the photo department at Walgreens. They are trained to distinguish the difference between child porn and bathtub photos. I would assume that CVS Pharmacy works the same. So this guy was most likely taking very disturbing photos and justly should be thrown into jail.

I agree, but the 5 counts of posession of child porn tells me they found more when they busted him.
