She had evidence that the guy was a freak because he was beating a two year old. So when she says she "never imagined he could rape the baby," does she mean she didn't see how it could physically be accomplished? She knew he would do it, but she didn't think he could do it?

I will not make any apologies for posting this. When I heard about it on my local news last night it sickened me to the point where I was gagging. I simply cannot conceive how someone could think of such an act let alone follow through with it. It is evil to the core.

My wife and I do not have children yet and I sometimes I don't know if it would be a good idea to bring a child into such an evil world.

There was a story several months ago - I tried to locate it on the web - and couldn't....

It was a San Jose, CA area sheriff/deputy/officer who was caught on camera raping his infant daughter.

His girlfriend suspected him of drinking and set up a hidden camera. She caught him alright - doing MUCH WORSE....

There is no depth of hell that is good enough for these freaks.

My hope is this infant goes on to live a happy, prosperous life without knowing how horrible the first 7 weeks were for her.

Before I had a child, stories like this would make my blood boil. But, since our child was born, stories like this make my blood boil 1000X hotter.

There is something about holding that precious and helpless infant, and loving her with a love you never knew you had; Seeing her as impossibly precious and adorable and and a treasure to be protected. Then, seeing some piece of vomit commit such an act is simply intolerable.

I am not a violent man. But, I would like to kill the guy.

I have a son who is 3 next month and a baby girl on the way next month...

I'm afraid you'd all see me incarcerated for literally tearing someone apart with my bare hands or any means at my disposal if anyone ever did that to my children...
