Thanks. I try to post it each time there is some news. I constructed it to hold Graham accountable for saying each judge will go through the normal confirmation process.
To me even a not confirmed vote or a not voted out of committee decision is better than a filibuster. Also I do not want to forget Estrada, Kuhl and Pickering who were also filibustered.
When a grand total of three (3) Senators voted against Ginsberg, there's not much room for the Demodogs to say the Pubbies vote in lockstep. If they did, Ginsberg would not be on the USSC screwing up every vote.

If they had not spent so much time in their obfuscation and obstruction of President Bush's judges, there would have been a whole lot more time. The onus for "short time" is on them, not on Frist.
