A programme on BBC World once had this American who was in N Korea, for some UN work, had jokingly asked a citizen why, if N Korea was really starving, the 'Great Leader' is so fat?
Guess what happened next? The guy was in prison for a year, IIRC.

Some kind of premium shrimp(alive up to the last moment?), I suppose. Prices are way above American norm, I suspect. This could be what they charge at one of the fanciest hotels in S. Korea.
