Was Clinton Expelled From Oxford (Vanity/Question)

I just read on another forum that Bill Clinton was expelled from Oxford. I have done a search, but have found nothing. According to his bio(s), Clinton graduated from Georgetown, attended Oxford, and graduated from Yale. Does anybody have a link to the story regarding his "expulsion"? Did it have to do with the Eileen Wellstone incident (sexual assault allegation)?

I can neither confirm nor deny that he was 'expelled"....
Best I've heard is that he was "firmly discouraged from trying to come back" for a second semester/second term because of poor grades, poor attendance, poor personal reputation (perhaps because of this sexual assault), or a combination of all three.
In any event, they DIDN'T want him back.

I've never seen his transcripts: That might be reason.
Some of Kerry's are available.
Gore's are available (showing his poor grades, his failure from Divinity School, his terrible law school performance), Hillary's are not released, and Bill's are not released.

Someone else can provide the details, I assume; but as I understand it, he left as part of an agreement that a rape investigation against him would be dropped. Consequently, he never completed the Rhodes Scholar program, and therefore cannot accurately be called a Rhodes Scholar, although his supporters love to.
