He's been in the Senate how long now, and he's already suffering from brain damage?

Does Lindsay Graham believe in gay marriage? Senator Graham probably believes the court should decide that issue....
To: Ol' Sparky
It won't be Gonzalez but it will be an Hispanic. Bush, I think, is committed to getting an Hispanic on the SCOTUS. Emilio Garza or Miguel Estrada I would think.
To: Libloather
Wow, is Graham naive or what? How can he believe the Democrats will give all the nominees an up or down vote when the "deal" explicitly says only three! And I would ask him what the half-life is of the ability of the minority to filibuster judicial nominees when Democrats regain the majority? I give it less than one week.
To: advance_copy
Frist calls them "rump groups" and says they "negotiated on the outside".

He still thinks that he can get away with this by "taking a licking", presumably in the press, on the Internet and on talk radio. It's like he doesn't believe that he's vulnerable on his re-election campaign.
Lindsey, you've got 2 years to find yourself a little sweetheart deal working for some lobbyist firm, because you are done in the Senate. Good luck, traitor.

No, he's a fairy.

I'm not a Hannity fan but he's doing a good job questioning both Graham and Frist.

I hope rush is wrong when he said that Bush will nominate Gonzales to the SCOTUS. If he does that, it's the last straw as far as I'm concerned. What was that bit that Rush said about Gonzales being a liberal??
To: advance_copy
Frist calls extraordinary circumstances a "barn door that is wide open". Says he will bring all nominees to the floor in regular order and will exercise constitutional option on any of them that are filibustered.

We're the other 48 Republican Senators' votes disenfranchised by these seven? That would give them minority rights - no?

Hannity is doing a good job. His staffers are feeding him questions from FR.

I hear lindsey had big donors that thought that the bumpkin's back in SC would cool off.
Lindsey, welcome to the internet.
