Sean and Snow get the interviews. Period.

Sean helped win the election in 2004.

Graham is full of it. If he had voted for the constitutional option, all of the nominees would have an up and down vote along with future nominees. What possible advantage can be gained in recognizing the principle that judicial nominees can be filibustered?

Here's a thought. Can't the President bring this to the Supreme Court on a separation of powers suit? What is the definition of advice and consent? If my State Senator is not allowed to vote on nominies--doesn;'t that violate the constitution? Any lawyers out there?

I live in Georgia, but I am in South Carolina frequently for football, and while driving to North Carolina. Every game I go to, my car will be adorned with anti-Graham messages. If I can sneak an anti-Graham banner into the stadium to hang over the upper deck, I will do that too!

South Carolina and, in particular, South Carolina Republicans should be embarassed to be represented by this idiot. I hope you all have learned your lesson and will show RINO Graham the door soon.

Sean's one of us, I can't understand why so many freepers hate him.

What freepers "haet him"?

A lot of us like to make jokes; but that ain't hate. Sean is what he is. I wish Mark or Laura could get his time slot.

Graham is so FOS it is unbelievable. The dissembling coming out of his mouth is shameful. He should be tossed in the next election. His loyalty is not to the Republican Party, the Constitution or the country, it is to John McCain. Anybody listening to the end of this interview knows that. He admits that fillibusters are unconstitutional and then signs a pact with the devil promising not to ban judicial fillibusters. Up is down, left is right, good is evil. Cripes.

Graham just stated flat out on Hannity that he will vote to pull the nuclear trigger any in the future any democrats that signed the agreement join in a filibuster of any judges.

He claimed that he believes this deal will allow for a vote on all the judges that have been filibustered. That better happen, Lindsey, or you should resign for being incompetent and stupid enough to think this agreement would allow this.

I did detect a little fear in his voice. Get used to it, Senator. We're never going to forget what you did.

"If Bush nominates Gonzalez and not a conservative justice to the USSC, the shiite is going to hit the fan."

I don't think that's going to happen. Bush had the cahoonas to re-nominate those conservatives who were obstructed by the Dems.......I just think that's a good sign.
