The compromise deal announced last night on judicial nominations will one day prove to be the opening strike in one of the greatest political battles ever waged in this country. There is much sadness in Chappaqua, for Hillary Clinton has today realized that any remote chance she ever had a becoming president has now evaporatated forever. And the Democrat party may well be in its final states of existence, its death throes, as we know it today. Follow along, as together we peel back the layers of the political onion to unearth the truth...
Chafee's worse than Granholm.
And how is McCain better than Hillary?
McCain opposes the 2nd amendment. McCain opposes free speech. He supports killing jobs over "global warming". He's a smoke Nazi. He loves to stick his nose anywhere he can get face time (attempting to ban ultimate fighting). He defended John Kerry. He opposes tax cuts. That's just the stuff I know of offhand. He's also a crook being one of the Keating 5.
Not only that, republicans would unite against Hillary. They would be split with McCain, making things ripe for a democrat congressional takeover.
I'd rather see Hillary win than McCain to be honest.
McCain is finished!
Well said.
No FReepin' way.
Home is where I'll stay!
Most of the libs would vote for Hillary even if there was a video of her performing a late-term abortion on a 13-year-old while smoking a bong and telling anti-semetic jokes with Mohammed Atta.
They will NUKE if they have to after 2008 elections...
I missed Graham...please explain why you brought it up.
Yup, I hear ya, but I guess my position is that if America is going to degenerate to such a low point that Hilary Clinton could become president, then the country would be past saving. There would be no hope - that's like the last sign of the Apocalypse. If that ever happens, I think we should all illegally migrate to Mexico.
1. All Hilary has to do is open her big mouth and millions of stomachs turn - people simply hate the biatch.
I think this is absolutely true. Hillary hate knows no bounds.
2. The American people are simply not that stupid.
This statement has yet to be proven. I hope you're right.
I actually heard that twice today - McCain pro life. interesting if true
my main problem with this guy is that he is a quasi gun grabber and a little too liberal on other issues
that being said if it is between him and hillary what choice do i have i will vote for him
That assessment is difficult to dispute.
Ultimately it's all about maintaining control. The bickering between the elected representatives is simple theatrics designed to confound the sheeple and encourage discord between citizens affiliated with the various political parties.
Why do they love Hilary? She is such an obviously evil - I mean TRULY EVIL person. She's one of the most horrible people I have ever seen in public life. I do believe she would kill someone to get elected to anything. How on earth can anyone "love" this vile creature?
I think it's a show of amateur theatrics - about as real as one of the sword fights in Hamlet.
In the words of an intelligent American, Alfred E. Newman, "What, me worry?"
A lot can happen between now and 2008. Like I can die and be spared more of this lunacy like theater of the absurd. ;)
Always on your side, man . . .
He may well gain the mushy middle.
However, I won't bother going if the choice is McStupidlyingbastard or the EVIL.
Death and the final destruction of the Republic may be inevitable, but I'm not going to go out and vote for it.
That may be true today because he's considered something of a renegade in the GOP, but I can assure you that the day he becomes the GOP front-runner for 2008 will be the day the MSM magically transforms him from a "renegade GOP moderate" into a "wild-eyed right-wing extremist."
Agreed. Does anyone really think that McCaniac can be trusted with the codes to "The Football"? I think not.
It troubles me that Bill Clinton and the Bush's have become like family to each other.
Why?
I'm concerned they may endorse his wife for President in one way or another. You may think it strange, but so is their friendship.
sw
It troubles me as well. I think the stench from the Clintons would effectively keep me from being in the same room with them. I am very disturbed by how the Bushes and Clintons keep showing up together.
