I understand why Fox is so angry. He and the Bush administration have already agreed to move towards eliminating the border. To allow the voice of his citizenry to upset that goal is both alien to, and an annoyance to Fox. He shouldnt worry though. Bush and his successor will continue to work towards the joining of our two countries.

MEXICO CITY - When President Vicente Fox came into office in late 2000, he hoped his legacy would be U.S. immigration revisions that would allow Mexicans to cross the border into the United States and work legally.
Now, that vision is crumbling in the face of legislation President Bush signed earlier this month that authorizes the construction of more walls along the border and in effect invalidates Mexico-issued ID cards for Mexicans living in the United States.
Making legal immigration easier and making illegal immigration more difficult are two sides of the same coin - they'll proceed together or they'll fail together.

Only he has ten million sons. So says the U.S. gov't, who intentionally and grossly underestimates the numbers of the invasion (for obvious reasons).
Triple that figure.

" 'These measures are myopic, racist and xenophobic,'" said Amalia Garcia, the left-of-center governor of Zacatecas state, which has one of the country's highest emigration rates.Uh, do we see a connection here? Surprised no one else commented on this bit of unintentional irony.

I say not only cut off illegal immigration, but put a 50% tax on remittances to Mexico from the US. That'll stop things quick!

This is the end of the America that I grew up in.Mine too. Its sad to say but I'm glad I'm in my late 40's and not early 20's. It physically hurts me to see what our wonderful county has become and will continue to be. The only thing that will stop it is an armed revolution by its citzens and I don't see that happening.

If V. Fox would liberalize his restrictions and give some rights to non citizens, Americans would flock down to Paradiso Mexico and show them why their feaken citizens flee to America to earn a living.
Mexicans and Blacks both have their race pimps, the Mexicans have V. Fox, the Blacks have JJ and Bro Al.

Fox expressed his anger in a recent speech: ``I respect the sovereignty of the United States and its freedom to take such decisions and measures, but frankly it's not the right approach between friends and neighbors.''
Ha!... friends he says... if he expected so much of us, perhaps he would have at least pretended to be our friend and support us in Iraq. And now he is crying the sob!
Fox read my lips, NO, You are not our friends. You have not acted like our friends.

The persons who hire and pay illegal aliens are the real problem.
I have no problem with immigration, but it simply has to be legal. Those who subvert the laws and hire illegals are responsible for this scourge.

Your proposal is even better.
I alternatively propose that our government outsource our border security to the IDF and hand them a blank check to cover all construction and operation costs and immunity from prosecution. I'd bet our current problem would be almost non-existent.

To Vinny boy fox,
Take a long walk on a short pier!
When has the mehico ever launched a man to the moon, or a nuclear submarine? When has Mexico ever helped our country? You want to threaten my country throught the white house? We've got news for you....America has had enough of you! Go pound sand fox!
On a more serious note, President Bush better start paying attention to what is happening on the border, or there won't be a republican president in 08. Being sold down the river has a price Mr President, don't destroy the republican party by ditching the conservatives.
The mouth wash that mexicans only do the work Americans won't do is BS!

Methinks Fox is worried about the billions of dollars in remittances that immigrnats send home to families in Mexico.
If it weren't for those, his economy would be in much more dire shape.

Fences make good neighbors. So does razorwire.
So do walls.
So does electrification of such.
So do moats.
So do trenches.
So do landmines.
Let the invader beware.

Fox expressed his anger in a recent speech: ``I respect the sovereignty of the United States and its freedom to take such decisions and measures, but frankly it's not the right approach between friends and neighbors.'' Then why when I went to Guanajuato recently did I see walls around almost all of the houses and broken glass cemented on top of those walls. I demand an answer, Vicente. Until the last few years (and in areas with a large influx of YOUR people, Vicente) I haven't seen that kind of living arrangement here in the United States. You are a hypocrite and a liar.
