Yeah, it is easier when it is dry and there is a good breeze. The mountains are about 2 1/2 hours west of me, the Davis Mountains. We are flaaaaaaaaaaaaaat here in Odessa. I can go over the overpass that is half way between here and Midland and see both cities, and they are 20 miles apart. Not a thing in the way to block the view!

Not a bad weekend. With help, I've been trying to get my laptop wireless running for hours. Everything seems to be hooked up ok, it just refuses to be recognized by the internet. Gonna call the tech a little later.

Well, hope your "tech" can get ya goin'! Wireless is the place to be! I don't know exactly the problem you're having, but I asked hubby and he said maybe if you unplugged the power wire from the router for about 15 seconds and then re-plug it. On my router it is the wire at the bottom. It happened to me a couple of times right after I went wireless, and he said it worked. Now, if it is something more complicated than that--you're on your own! LOL!
