Here's some photos from the last-minute Freep this evening of Newsweek and its parent company, the Washington Post outside Post HQ in downtown DC.
The meet was called for 5PM, but I was late arriving on scene because I had to find parking (in rush hour), so I will let the others in attendance fill in the report.
A view of the protesters outside the Washington Post Building, from across the street.
A close-up of Jimmy Valentine's brother, a friend, Doctor Raoul and Kristinn.
Hoodlum91 holding her "Newsweek Lied, People Died" sign.
Another Newsweek fan.
This fellow protested solo from across the street from the Post building.
As workers left the building, they saw this line of protesters.
The crowd numbered about twenty to thirty.
Jimmy Valentine's brother working in the shadows.
Kristinn's sign read, "The Price of Newsweek Lies," and showed a number of news photos of protests and anti-American demonstrations in the Muslim world, as a result of Newsweek's sleazy reporting.
Same sign, different angle.
Flush Newsweek.
Doctor Raoul drove down to Freep Newsweek/Washington Post, and brought with him his Mother of All Bullhorns.
Washington Post employees discussing the protest, from inside their building lobby.
Lots of "inside" spectators to today's protest.
Another Washington Post person views Doctor Raoul and his monster bullhorn.
More employees leaving the sinking MSM ship, the Washington Post.
We wanted the WAshington Post (and Newsweek) to know who we support, so we had these signs, too.
"While you're at it, why don't you yell FIRE !! in a crowded theater?!"
These people inside the Post building were smiling as they viewed the protest.
I even got a good-natured wave from this lady.
Inside lobby sign, "Welcome to the Washington Post."
Crowd shot.
Rudy45 and two not-yet-signed-up Freepers, who had a great time. They joined us for an after-Freep dinner. Hey C and J, when you guys sign up, send us a Freepmail, and we'll put you on the DC Chapter ping list.
Michael Graham (who really liked Doctor Raoul's Mother of all Bullhorns) and Rudy45.
This looks like a "Wanted" poster, but it's probably a photo list of biggies so security guys won't insult them by not recognizing them when they enter the building.
Michael Graham discussing the issue with an observer.
I didn't overhear the discussion, but judging by her hand gestures the lady was emphatic about something.
I like this mischievous looking photo of Michael Graham.
It looked like this lady was taking a photo with her cell phone, from inside the Post building.
Another person studying the signs.
This guy was walking up 15th Street and he got a real kick out of somebody protesting the old dame of DC - the Post.
Rudy45.
Just a nice shot.
Screaming Moonbat.
Screaming, wild-eyed Moonbat.
Screaming, hissing, wild-eyed Moonbat.
"Run away! Run away!"
Moonbat stops running away, and starts screaming yet again.

I don't know, he looks quite normal to me. BWAAAH! I knew I couldn't say that with a straight face.

Great report, photos, and event! Thanks to all who attended.
tgsl, if Doctor Raoul was using the Mother Of All Bullhorns, does it qualify as a MOAB? Maybe an audio MOAB, in contrast to the visual MOAB (Mother Of All Banners)?

He looks like a Moonbat in dire need of being Tazered, IMO.
Followed by aprox. 6 weeks in a rubber room under heavy medication. Best way to ensure he's got his "mind right" before being allowed to rejoin society...

I imagine Raoul didn't miss an opportunity to mix it up with the Moonbat. Can't wait to hear how the exchange went.

I brought Reverend Pham along so that he could exercise his first amendment right. Reverend Pham was the the hissing wild eyed moonbat's first target. The wild eyed moonbat's favorite liberal re-joiner was "What about...?"
Reverend Pham is working to become the voice of the Southeast Asia underclass. He is currently organizing so that he can do the Sharpton-Jackson hustle. ;>)

It's funny how the moonbats all seem to look alike. Thirty-something men, light-haired, blue/light-eyed, lily-white skin, and can't stand still and subject himself to a back and forth discussion in conversational tones.
All of us there were in agreement that the guy had very wild looking eyes and was likely not wound too tight.
