Byron Dorgan just said that filibusters forces compromise. It does nothing of the sort it delays and blocks the will of the people.

Thank you SS---I knew I hadn't remembered all of the Reps speakers, and I would have put Specter in the RINO catagory, but I pray you are right that he will vote with the "good guys".
Had a friend transferred from Northern California to Tennessee and she loved it there. Unfortunately, like me, she wanted to be near her family, and came back. Must be nice having sane people around. I love my city & state, but it's sad that they've been hijacked by the weirdos!!
