I've never seen nor heard of anyone pouring their coffee out into the saucer- do people really do that?

My dad does that. He's from Virginia, like Jefferson was!

Must be an east coast thing..

I was so sure that REid had shut down the Senate like they had threatened

No way do they shut down the money spending, pocket picking committees.

I think we've got service for twelve.

Do you think that will be enough? We're expecting at least 51 . . .

Maybe we should skip the coffee and just serve iced tea?

Anybody got the current cup-and-saucer count? What's the over/under?

I think we've got service for twelve.

ROTFLMAO. The donks look despriate. Clinthong nominees, this, Clinthong nominees that. Who cares? None of them mande it to the floor. Most of them were nominated as Clinthong left office. The donks are not making a good case. They are melting down.

Back in time for Feinstein. Planted four hanging baskets and two large pots! Now to go back and see what Schumer said while I was doing something productive!

Since when are we ruled by a minority. Did we all vote for nothing? I sure as hell didn't vote for Hillary or Schumer.

So then 76% of Californians voted to retain JRB, right? Still impressive.

Here is the vote breakdown for JRB from 1998: California State Supreme Court.

"Frist's strategery. One is the judge the Dems hate the most..yet in the debate so far..98% of the Dems' comments are about the nuclear option, and NOT about Owen..she is almost getting a pass.."

Ken, you are right on on that. There are no direct hits on Owen.

Rush just mentioned what a scam the debating is...let's us just get on with the vote.

Personally I like this debate, sickening as it is. But it sure exposes the Dems for what they are.

"Is the senate the cup and the house the saucer?

I'm getting my place settings confused"

Personally I use a mug and don't drink it until it's cool enough not to burn me.....what's so complicated about that? Sounds to me like we don't need this "cooling saucer", so why don't they just vote already!!!! ;>)

Man, this is going to ruin our week if it keeps up like this!

onyx is watching and listening, but she's packing for a move and is WILLING herself not to sit down and get involved.

She's got more willpower than I do.

If Feinstien does not like the blue slip procedure, she should work to change it.

LOL! I love your wit. They spoon feed lies to the uninformed and expect the duly elected Rep. majority to fork over power to them while they knife them in the back. Slice and dice them, I say.
