but watching Norm Coleman get a dressing-down from the likes of British scum like Galloway gives me trepidation.

Norm Coleman is not a fool; he let him rant for a reason.

your take on Coleman's hearing yesterday

Coleman made several appearances after the hearing. In all of them he was smiling like the cat that ate the canary :)

It wasn't Coleman's intent to debate Galloway but to have his comments on record. Coleman remarked that though Galloway was colorful he's not credible. As a prosecutor, Coleman is setting the stage, so to speak. More, much more to come, IMHO.

We'll see... but watching Norm Coleman get a dressing-down from the likes of British scum like Galloway gives me trepidation.

Cheer up. Coleman emerged the winner in that.

Leahy is just lying through his teeth........

Finally a caller got through that said that once judges got to the floor they deserved a vote. Leahy came back w/ the 61 Clinton judges that were "held up in committee"

I loved it when he said he had been in the senate for 24 years, and that it has only been the last 2 years that judges were filibustered. ... the voice of experience.
