Follow along with us, as the Dems raise the level of histrionics, bloviation, pontification, and all around bad acting to new highs, er, lows...

The problem is with the courts themselves and the cases that they take. Many of them simply don't belong there...They are people with different views (atheists as an example) looking for a court to boost their ideas. I believe our Forefathers considered them and said in effect...let them believe what they want to believe (equality)and let Christians believe what they want to believe etc. We will never establish a religion and our Constitution forbids just that. (Try Adams..if I remember correctly).
Which I say means, that they have basically closed down the Senate from doing its business, which is what they threatened to do--

Rush is making a great point. Exhaustive debate on ONE nominee- Owens. It will destroy the Dems argument that they are being prevented from having a voice.

Well, folks, if you wander off to the cable channels, could you note whether ANY of them mention that the DEMS have shut down the Senate from doing any of its work....
other than the nominations, of course, because it looks like the have begun their filibustering and obstruction!
I have one more body language comment, Leahy looked embarrassed and ashamed when he was talking in that stooped position. Reid was not only croaking, but he repeated their negative statement which was supposed to be for Owen only, and he attributed it for both nominees. He seemed very confused. He repeated Gonzalez' statemnt about Owen and used Brown's name,he is really messed up.
ABC radio news at noon newsbreak (right before Rush) stated the Republicans are trying to change the rules. I was shocked - SHOCKED!

I saw Sheet's last melt down it was priceless! McCain is irrelevant to me, he should either get back in the tent or shut up! I love Rush, GO Rush GO! Today is the day! I loved President Bush's speech last night, awesome. We won they need to deal with it, I don't give a hoot and a half about minority rights, we can not ever be the minority again! If we are this country will be disolved by the UN. IMO
