Newt was my man in '94, but he let us all down, and we should never forget it.
Evidently the MSM loves him now. It can only be because he has turned completely to the dark side.
And this is exactly what makes us different from the democrats. When our guys turn bad, when they lie, when they let us down, we stop supporting them. When they are no longer worthy of our support, we don't sacrifice our personal honor to keep them in power.
Exactly. And I say that with great regret. Newt was one of the best politicians at the tactical level I have ever seen. But he went bad on us.
And of course the 'supposed' conservative party that had the Contract with America as part of their agenda hasn't done that at all. Nosiree. Budget? What's a budget?
He sure did let us all down and because of that I wouldn't support him for any position. While he was yapping at Clinton and his impeachment, he was cheating on his wife. Will never forget it and his trying to run for office again is stupid -- does he think we don't remember.
