Those crooked shysters and corrupt judges better stay clear of peoples beer, or they might get some legal reform one of these days.

Get the kar, ma! And get ma hat, ma! We're going out for some Indiga beer! Brewed in caste iron kettles, the taste is untouchable! Maybe we can ride the Brahmin bull while we're there, too!

I guess it's beyond legitimate expectations to make overwhelming stupidity a crime.

"claiming that it is offensive and intimidates Hindus from practicing their religion."

So the litigous payoff is worth admitting that his faith is so weak as to be this easly intimidated?

This would never fly where Christians are concerned and the whole objective is to "intimidate them from practicing their religion".

I grew up in Humboldt.  Lost Coast makes some good beer.

It's hard to know which is more believable:  that someone would pretend the label was a hate crime and sue over something so obviously stupid - or that some spineless liberal wimp in Humboldt would immediately cave on the issue.

The litigant is a flaming hypocrite.

The worship of several Hindu deities involves the drinking of Soma, a distilled beverage.

Money grubber.

Oh my. A little cartoon elephant with little cartoon beer bottles. I think I am now too intimidated to practice ANY religion after being forced to view that. I'm offended that you offensively posted this offensive offense!

I can't believe that Hindus would sue over a likeness of a diety.

I thought that religion treated its deities as symbols and was opposed to literalism.

Shows what I know--maybe I should sue my college professor for teaching me bad information about Hinduism. ;-)
