"He didn't reveal the contents, he just implied that something serious was there," says the Republican. "To drag this into the public debate is just totally improper."

None of the stuff in an FBI file is challenged by the accused, therefore, it is not "corroborated by adversity". The reason trials work in the United States (usually) is because the prosecutors claims are challenged.

For Harry Reid to do this, is not just deeply unethical -- it may be criminal.

The Senate Minority Leader who acts like the school yard bully; makes outrageous allegations about our President to anyone who will listen and a willing media that help him engage in personal assignations of character.
