Hmmm, what about the Clintons and Craig Livingstone. Allen is doing a 10 news conference with some law profs. Calls Reid's actions unfair and inappropriate. Tony says Reid doesn't have access to the files.

The FBI checked me out to grant my Top Secret SCI clearance while I was in the Air Force.

I was absolutely amazed to find out the people with whom they spoke.

One was a friend from high school that I only knew there.

I never used him as a reference at all.

Sen Allen starts off with talking about the need for votes on nominees. Says the big frustration has been that these nominees have been denied for vote for 4 years. Says he's glad the President renominated them.

Allen says he'll do the news conference at 10 Am. Says he's not sure if Reid broke Senate rules or not, Still it's a cheap shot.

Allen says Reid ought to apologize.
