Sen Allen starts off with talking about the need for votes on nominees. Says the big frustration has been that these nominees have been denied for vote for 4 years. Says he's glad the President renominated them.
Allen says he'll do the news conference at 10 Am. Says he's not sure if Reid broke Senate rules or not, Still it's a cheap shot.
Allen says Reid ought to apologize.

Well Allen had better find out pretty darned quick if what Reid did is against the rules. I'd be surprised if Tony didn't do his homework and Tony thinks it was illegal.
