My feed on C-Span cut out, but I can give some commentary on Rush.
Rush- God Powell....political capitol...nevermind Condi Rice's opinion....
Rice-number of people loyal and inspired by Bolton that have worked with him. He'll get the best out of people.
Rush-If people not delivering Bolton doesn't want them around. During Clinton years State department would go around flipping the bird at everyone. has upcoming story.

Yes, but they're linking their argument rational to a need to be nice to the UN..it does NOT compute.. I don't think they really realize that..

if Bush loses this vote, he will be called a lame duck from now on and that's what the Democrats want.
There is definitely a 'behind closed doors' struggle going on with the Pubbies. Lott is working to wrangle himself back into position to be majority leader. Apparently, There is allot of backstabbing is going on, and the GOP is more fractured than we see in public. That could explain Lugar's allowing this committee to extend weeks beyond what it was supposed to -- they were supposed to vote 2 weeks ago. That would also explain why Frist is having such a difficult time in pulling the trigger on the judicial filibusters. The GOP may be splintering.
If that is true, all the Dems have to do is wait (and obstruct), and they can retake the Senate and White House by '08.

What I really don't get..the UN is gonna get creamed in the Congressinal hearing on the OFF and the other ascandals..Volker's cover-up is imploding..and the Dems are all going on the record as wanting to make nice to the UN and the collection of ass-wipes who work and play there? I think they have lost any perpsective..this is another Wellstone Memorial in the making.. The UN is trying like hell to block all the info from coming out ..
They know that with Bolton in .. it will be even harder to hide what is really going on
IMO .. this has to do with the OFF Scandel, Fidel Castro, Venezuela & Chavez and a few other things fall under the One World category
And I agree .. this could be another Wellstone Memorial in the making
They are really going out on a limb to block Bolton

Maybe we'll need to sign you up. I know that I have to avoid watching too much of this on television because my anger levels just get too high. I can't imagine how the real people on Capitol Hill deal with being around the slimy, lowlife hypocrites they have to rub elbows with every day.

Rush saying that the stories about how Cuba supposedly has the best health care in the world are manufactured straight out of the RAT party. Whenever Castro visits, the RATS hold rallies for him. Huge support for Castro at State Dept too.
Says if anything doesn't think the libs have a huge soft spot for Castro, they'd better wake up.

One of the great glories of Parliament is that the weak are killed and eaten. You're absolutely right. There aren't more than a handful of members of Congress who could last a week in Parliament. Most are simply too lazy, inarticulate and just plain stupid to engage in a real debate.
