I understand the crowd was impressed when she flashed a "thumbs up" to the photographers till they realized it was someone else's thumb...

A dozen supporters came to the courthouse wearing T-shirts emblazed with "Free Anna Ayala"

These are part of the populace that opposes tort reform because they, too, hope to one day strike it rich through bogus litigation.

I have an idea....Instead of Fox News covering Michael Jackson and Jennifer Wilbanks 24/7, they should concentrate on court cases like this one, where people are trying to scam the system for ill-gotten gain. Call it "Tort Abuse TV."

I want to know how she was able to put on makeup before her appearence yesterday. Did her lawyer provide for her? Somehow I feel that San Jose will make a heroine out of her somehow. UFB.

After she libeled Wendy's and cost tham a half million bucks in sales, she drags the rest of her family tree into the courtroom.

What is this Family Feud, the Price is Right.

Anyone got some good ideas for T-Shirts here.

Police and prosecutors have been tight-lipped about the evidence they have against Ayala.

This is troubling, especially since it is in California...usually a sign they are already screwing something up.
