I just saw on CNN huge crowds, they were singing the American National Anthem and waving ours and their flags. Then they cut away until he speaks, but even the CNN anchorette and on scene reporter were astounded. Fox News is also supposed to carry.
Ping to President, LIVE in Georgia coming up soon...
Man, the Georgian leader is quite muted :-)
Huh?
Anyway, the CNN shots were unbelievable. There is a mass of humanity there who are clearly ecstatic and cannot wait to greet the American President. You had to see it to understand. Even the CNN types were totally blown away by what they were seeing!
CNN back there now!
As the people of Georgia work to secure their freedom, they have a friend in President George W. Bush and the United States of America. Once again, our President stands in unity with those who are steadfast in their claim to liberty.
I was joking.. He was screaming so loud I could not hear the translator :-)
I am watching CNN as well. Great scenes!
Cheers.
Oops, sorry...it was just Jeanie Moos with a light-hearted story of the President DANCING, including both old and current footage. Still standing by for the speech...
Sounds like GWB is more appreciated in the former USSR than he is in many parts of the U.S.
Roaring reception for the President!
Oh, the Georgia in Russia. Could not work out what was going on there for a minute! :0)
ON NOW!!!
Abolutely and visibly stunning to see the veritable sea of people in the square. The reaction of the Georgians is incredible.
WOW! Thousands and thousands applauding our President and our flag -- thank you Georgia.
Bush thanking Georgians for helping the Iraqis.
Georgia's always on my mi-mi-mi-mi-mind
The President calls this "a global struggle for liberty"...YES!

This is truly a historic speech by President Bush.
