The First Muslim Demonstration Against Terrorism
Michael Reagan Show 5/6/5 ^ | 5/7/5 | RedFox

Posted on 05/07/2005 12:08:39 AM PDT by conservativeimage

The first Muslim anti-terror rally will be held this month in Washington D.C.! I heard this through the Michael Reagan Show tonight on KNUS 2. Although painfully late in world events, it was exciting news to hear. Unfortunately when I went to their web site http://www.freemuslim.org/sohof/theroots/index.htm my first reaction, again, was pessimism. The headline of their English translation is "Islam is the religion of peace, purity, acceptance and commitment." I know from ProphetofDoom.net that this is a false claim of Islam. Freemuslim.net is either very confused, or a false front for Islam. Renouncing terrorism means denying Islam's form of evangelism, one of the five pillars of Islam. A message I posted on my web site said, "1/27/05 The peaceful, nonmilitant form of Islam is found in the oppressed, uninformed, common practitioners of Islam who are warned not to ask too many questions about the religion or its leaders. This submissive majority is used as plausible deniability by the leaders of true Islam, whose earthly goals are world domination and possession of all its wealth, not peaceful coexistence. Study Islam, or fail history again." I understand the strategies of the War Against Terrorism - The only way to truly win the war is to convince the enemy that they're wrong. The only way to fully accomplish this is to get peaceful Muslims to confront the militants and fight them with us. When the Middle East has opened up to real religious freedom through democracy, then the Gospel of Jesus Christ can be presented without the threat of death. Then Muslims can KNOW that they are going to heaven instead of wondering and vainly working for an unprommiced chance at eternity. This first Muslim demonstration against terrorism may be the beginning of common Muslims thinking for themselves; another step away from the devil of Islam toward the true Prince of Peace. What do you think?

Good for them. They are the ones that need to change the unhealthy part of their culture, because if they don't do it, they make us do it and it makes it both tougher for peace and their culture to survive without lots of scars.

I am happy they are working at this.

Considering that this is the year 2005 and the title proclaims this is the first demonstration, I can conclude that our GWOT operations are having the intended results and it's forcing the enemy to partake in it's own versions of disinformation and psysops. Too little, too late. They should have been loud and clear on September 12, 2001. May they rest in peace as we will never quit hunting them down and sending them to hell.

Is this the first you heard of this? The representative from freemuslim.net said that Americans saying terrorism is wrong has no affect. But Muslims saying so does have an affect. Its about time!

I've heard of some moderate Muslim religious leaders starting to speak out before which I thought was terrific and way overdue.

Yes, this is the first time I heard about this particular event and I am so happy.

Yes, I know the Muslims are in fact a cult that worships the god of the moon and not THE GOD, but that isn't the issue for me. I don't care if they worship disposable soiled diapers as a god, as long as they are peaceful and do no others harm.

These crazy factions that breed out of the insanity of the writings of Mohammad the child molester have to be removed by their people of faith, because if they keep this up, it becomes their culture against the rest of the world and they make us kill most of them.

I don't like the idea of having to kill them or anyone else in war, I'd rather they get their act straightened out and denounce terror, the parts of their religion that have them go off like Charlie Manson, and be done with the problem.

We are in a war after 9-11 because we have to be. We don't want to be and would rather be off ending tyranny in the UN instead.

You can't seriously believe their intentions are true can you?! They had September 12, 12, 14, 15 , 16 , and so on 2001 to voice their opinion! This is four years on and the GWOT is taking its toll on their members. Of course they are now trying a different strategy by out right lying and pretending that they care and trying to win hearts and minds putting at ease so we turn our backs and they can drive another knife in. Who is actually funding this so called change of heart? Our dear friends CAIR? If it was up to me all CAIR members would be politely asked to go home or die.

Well, the moderate Muslim religious leaders only started to come out of the shadows about 4 months ago, so yes, I do believe is could be possible there is the beginning of movement in their community to speak out and to take control back of their culture about now.

They have a lot to lose if they don't handle this themselves. If we or others have to handle this, a whole bunch more people are going to need to die.

So, I take all this in with doubt, but am willing to keep a close eye on this and will react accordingly depending on what develops.

I agree. This is Taqiyya at work.

I'm more impressed w/ the increase in non-Muslims awakening to the threat of this evil ideology called Islam.

A "moderate" Muslim does what? How is he different from a Liberal Muslim. Does it mean that we love their Libs over there?

Okay... you keep an eye on these moderates that just now in the last four months have come out of the woodwork. I will keep hunting them down ( and I mean all of them) to my last breath. Maybe that will force more "moderates" to come out waving the white flag. Good luck, and I hope your right but I have my doubts in their sincerity.

A moderate Muslim is one that doesn't adhere to the part of their religion that states you convert everyone and if they refuse, kill them.

There used to be moderate Palestinians, but they were either killed off or made to leave by the rest of the population.
The Muslims have the same situation going on. These moderates speak up and their life expectancy becomes very short term.

The problem Muslims moderates have in speaking out is they then become targets. So, I don't know if it will work to make the change we need and watch, but if sincere, the moderates are being some very brave people. They put themselves in great danger doing the right thing.

Qur’an 8:7 “Allah wished to confirm the truth by His words: ‘Wipe the infidels out to the last.’”

Qur’an 8:12“Your Lord inspired the angels with the message: ‘I am with you. Give firmness to the Believers. I will terrorize the unbelievers. Therefore smite them on their necks and every joint and incapacitate them. Strike off their heads and cut off each of their fingers and toes.”

Qur’an 8:15 “Believers, when you meet unbelieving infidels in battle while you are marching for war, never turn your backs to them. If any turns his back on such a day, unless it be in a stratagem of war, a maneuver to rally his side, he draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and his abode is Hell, an evil refuge!”

So I guess even Allah targets the moderate Muslim. If a Muslim does not adhere to the "convert or kill the infidel" verses, how can he call himself Muslim? Why not just denounce Islam altogether?

The way I've read it explained is a moderate would say those verses are basically spiritual poems that were either rants or misinterpreted and that no one should follow what that says literally.
I agree with you, that moderates have quite the chore before them and I do think they have little chance with their people to make change unless they all think they will be killed taking on the world as they do.
