Mark Fuhrman Probing Schiavo Case
Famed detective Mark Fuhrman, whose independent investigation into the Martha Moxley murder led to the conviction of Kennedy-cousin Michael Skakel, is probing the Terri Schiavo forced starvation case.
"He spent a month on the ground in Tampa," revealed Fox News Channel's Sean Hannity Friday night. "He's talked to many of the principals involved investigating the case and he's coming out with a book."
Hannity said he personally contacted Fuhrman in March to suggest he probe a myriad of unresolved questions about Ms. Schiavo's condition, including a 1991 bone scan report showing that Schiavo suffered fractures sometime prior to being found unconscious in her home in Feb. 1990. Schiavo's family has repeatedly said they suspect Terri's condition was the result of a violent fight she had with her husband Michael. Police never probed the case for evidence of assault because by the time the bone scan became public in 2002, the statute of limitations had run.
Det. Fuhrman's investigation would be the first to review the case for evidence of a possible crime.
"All I can say," the talk host told his "Hannity & Colmes" audience, "is that this is not over. Stay tuned."
Fuhrman's book "Murder in Greenwich" was widely credited with blowing the lid off the Moxley-Skakel case.
Will this be a best seller? Will it ever be reviewed?

I hope Fuhrman contacts the jurors that awarded MS the money for Terri's rehab. I'd like to know what they think of the way he actually spent the monies.

So many good books, so little money. I haven't been able to buy any books lately :( I still want to buy Barbara Olsen's books.
I would think it would be up to the Schindlers to file a complaint that his court order has not been followed before he can just up and act.
Judge Greer has made it abundantly clear that he has no regard for the Schindlers or their feelings during this whole agonizing process. Knowing he's under scrutiny and for self protection purposes, Judge Greer should have followed up and made sure his orders were followed.
Sure was. This is another example of how crooked they are. It is common courtesy to allow a fellow ME to witness an autopsy. By prohibiting this ME from attending Terri's autopsy, they raised some eyebrows.

The night before White House secretary, Betty Currie, was to testify before the Campaign Finance hearing, her brother was severely beaten and hospitalized (see Oregonian January 29, 1998 Page A9). Then within one month of her testifying in the Lewinsky Grand Jury her sister was killed in a car "accident" in December 1997.
Just damn. You're right, this is unreal. I don't believe I've ever heard of Suzanne Coleman, and I certainly never heard about Betty Currie's brother and sister. Poor woman. At least Socks is safe, unlike Buddy. Too bad they didn't give her the dog, too :(

Really? I have suspected that there have been moles here since 2003, scoping out these posts about Terri. I'm sure that they know that teflon coating only lasts for a period. Then it rubs off.

If the autopsy were going to confirm Judge Greer's rulings, they'd have released the results immediately. Hopefully, SOMETHING'S UP!!!!!!!!!
Even in death, Terri is a powerful force.
It's possible, but there is evidence that a delay was always in the works. See post 143, for instance.
There are a lot of ins, a lot of outs, a lot of what-have-yous to this case.
Good grief!! This is so exciting about Fuhrman's book!! Hopefully he's been working with Scoop 1. Thank God there will be justice after all - even if it's in book form. The Schindler's can use the public exposure and facts about their daughter - how Terri was exploited, abused and neglected and how she was executed by the judiciary - to file a major multi-million dollar law suit. There can be no other way for justice to be served.
The MSM will try to villify Mark Fuhrman but he's a pretty powerful force in his own right.
