A registered sex offender is on the loose today after cutting off his ankle bracelet and going on the run, police said.

A registered sex offender is on the loose today after cutting off his ankle bracelet and going on the run, police said.Need to develop ankle bracelets with a bit of C4 incorporated into the design that detonats when the bracelet is cut.
Not a lethal amount, mind you, just a small directed charge to about 34 inches above the bracelet.
