Who'd have thought it... a criminal broke the law.

Of course we should abolish the 'prison industrial complex' because rehabilition and supervision works better. /sarcasm

Once they catch him, I bet they give him a good 6 months in prison! Hah! That'll learn him. 'Course, if he's attacked anyone while on the run, they'll probably double his sentence.

I'd like to find that guy and give him a few knuckle bracelets up side the head. No more running after that. Human bilge.

Need to develop ankle bracelets with a bit of C4 incorporated into the design that detonats when the bracelet is cut.

Not a lethal amount, mind you, just a small directed charge to about 34 inches above the bracelet.

Cruel and unusual! Bring on the ACLU!!! (They're big in Florida these days, I understand.)

What they need to do when they catch up with him is to cut something else off, that would take care of a lot of the problems.

If the bracelets were chained to the perps' caskets, they'd never cut it off. Six feet of dirt can get mighty heavy.

Another failed idea. After he commits a few more crimes use some liberal thought and make sure he has two ankle bracelets.

You mean those things don't explode when tampered with?

They should; and they should also be around the neck, not the foot.

Don't these damned bureaucrats and judges ever read sci-fi & fantasy?

34 inches? 28 inches is probably sufficient in most cases. That'll make you stand up straight!!
