In remembrance let's honor him by telling old ecowhacko jokes. I'll start:

Hunter, born in Manitoba, helped launch the pro-environmental group Greenpeace in 1971 after sailing to Amchitka to oppose nuclear weapons testing.
Are there anti-environmental groups?

"But he saw the light and realized Greenpeace had turned into nothing but a bunch of politicized people haters, and now preaches sustainable development."
In fairness, I would credit Greenpeace for at least making people aware of the importance of the environment. I too once belonged to Greenpeace. The problem was, they were too off the wall, even sleazy.
Greenpeace represented to me the inherent problem with liberalism: some of their ideas are valid, but only within the proper context. Otherwise, it is distorted thinking.

I should think he'd have a virulent dislike for the fjords and all, what with the Norwegians still whaling. ;-)

The problem was, they were too off the wall, even sleazy. You're exactly like him. Go to his Greenspirit site for some intelligent environmentalism that sticks to the subject of saving the environment, rather than just bashing human progress.
To: VeniVidiVici
Maybe they'll nail him to the perch.
No environmental issues there!
