I smell something rotten.

80% of those polled learned about it for the first time when the pollster asked them the question in a biased manner.

Well, what else would a WASHPOSTABCNEWS "poll" say?
To: Recovering_Democrat
I smell something rotten. It's a MSM push-up poll! By Victoria's Secret! Takes the opinions you want Americans to believe, pads them, and lifts them up and makes them appear much bigger than they really are!

"I smell something rotten."Here's what stinks: [It is a] WASHPOSTABCNEWS poll.
Note that this poll is right at the time that Frist is getting ready to push the button and the 'Rats fear they have overplayed their hand so the reliable presstitutes come up with a poll to scare some RINOs....

Look at how the question is asked.
"Senate rules shouldn't be changed to make it easier to confirm Bush's judicial nominations".
What if they had asked. "Do you think Democrats should follow the constitution and allow the majority in the Senate to confirm judicial appointments?"

Exactly. Had the question been "Should the Democrats get away with changing the rules for confirming appointments in order to block Bush's judges?", then the result would have been reversed.

...and Kerry was way out in front on election night too.
Another Bravo Sierra Poll by a Bravo Sierra Mainstream News Source. They are so transparent...it's getting boring.

Did they ask those polled to explain what a filibuster was? I doubt that 60% could even answer that question. I hate polls.

When the poll is sponsored by the MSM and the Washington Compost, what do you expect. When the people subscribing are libs, your poll stats will definitely be slanted to the left. Take the exit polls that had Kerry ahead, the libs were loud and outspoken and couldn't wait to bad mouth President Bush at the polls. But, in the end what was the true result. The quiet majority prevailed.

Then let them vote and put the liberals in charge, that's how it's supposed to work.

Then the fillibuster MUST be ended now. 40% (the minority) want it that way and we know how important minority rights are to the dems and the MSM. /sarcasm
