The "real estimate" you claim is just an estimate. It isn't as if everyone with a homoerotic thought is "out" or going to be covered by the stats.

Does it matter? Even if it is 2.7%, that works out to close to 30 million Catholics or roughty the number of folks in California. That's a lot of people.
