Oh. Well, I was watching FOX. Fair and Balanced, ya know? Also, a lot of the reporters there seem to be Catholic. :)

Think I'll write B-16 and ask that he talk to 'ol "Plugs" Biden about his anti-Catholic behavior...and throw "Scotch" Kennedy a lifesaver

No, Traitor John will not respond negatively to the new Pope, he may want to have another marriage annuled and wouldn't want to do something that would raise his costs.

The MSM and Libs tried so hard to PC the next pope to be African or at least South American.

All that PCing...

lol.

I think it is great that they are in apoplexy over the election of Pope Benedict XVI.

who painted a picture of huge disappointment supposedly felt by the Roman crowds after hearing his elavation

The ones I saw on tv were so disappointed they were wearing huge smiles and dancing for joy. The left has proven time and again they have zero respect for anyone.

Ratzinger never did this.

Like facts are supposed to matter to the MSM when they have a new Pope they don't approve of to destroy?

They keep treating him like a politician. Popes don't resign.

My goodness, the accolades keep pouring in. Next, I'm expecting to learn that he was instrumental in informing the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth Campaign.

It's like that last scene in the Passion of The Christ when satan finds out he can't 'hold' our Lord in Hell. He begins smashing his fists in a fit of decrepit (sp?) rage.

Has Al Bore petitioned the Court to challenge the results of the papal election?

And Sheets is still filibustering to stop the vote......

I'm not an expert on the Catholic church but although the Pope is voted on by men, is he not picked by the Holy Spirit? He is the "Vicker of Christ" and the earthly spokesman for the Lord...right? In that case, would not any Catholic that didn't like him or go against him, actually be going against the "Hand of God"? Pretty dangerous territory, if you ask me.

So that's why Kerry lost the election! I thought it was because he was a leftist, a lousy candidate, and a traitor to his country and his comrades in arms.

The only way I could like this guy more is if he were to do what the American Catholic bishops should have done in the early 1970s -- publicly excommunicate the likes of Mario "Who am I to say abortion is wrong?" Cuomo and scores of other fake Catholics.

I suspect they'll be calling him the Antichrist by tomorrow afternoon

Oh no. Karl Rove is the antichrist. The pope is merely Rove's minion. [evil laughter]

"I am not Catholic, in fact I disagree with many of the teachings of this particular church."

That is redundant!
