CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) -- A judge has ordered state officials to release summaries of their investigations into the treatment of Terri Schiavo, the severely brain-damaged woman who died last month after her feeding tube was removed.
Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer gave the state Department of Children and Families until Monday to release the records on dozens of investigations into complaints that Schiavo was mistreated. None of the allegations were substantiated

Were those records that Greer had had access to? I believe that these are records that Greer never got to see. He wants those released, not his records.

Is it possible Judge Greer gave the DCF time to purge the records before ordering them released to the public?
Of course DCF purged the records. Greer had them eating out of the palm of his hand and only ordered their files be unsealed after Terri was murdered thanks to Judge Greer and Judge Baird AND SENATOR JIM KING.
