No, it's nothing LIKE it.....it is specifically and exactly plagiarism.

Two decades ago, hm? Wasn't that about the time a group of middle-class black parents, having had it with the public schools, got together and wanted to open a private school in Cambridge? -- in Tribe's neighborhood, actually. Tribe signed the petition against it. When hounded by the Globe about it, he explained, "Well, I signed it but I didn't read it." Sure, lawyers do that all the time!
