Army Chief of Staff Gen. Peter Schoomaker strongly defended the inclusion of female "warriors" in the armed forces - and the growing number of female casualties.

I am not as worried about the female casualties, as I am the male casualties because they are having to fight with the females---(I am a female)
There's nothing else Schoonmaker could say after Tailhook. Pity Admiral Kelso.
Remember the Granny Guard in Atlanta? More of the same fantasy.

I agree. It's no insult to say women do not make good soldiers, just as men do not make good mothers.
Army Chief of Staff Gen. Peter Schoomaker is a brave man. Most of the women I've met become "female warriors" at least once a month, and the rest are on a round-the-clock jihad. One could only imagine the mental state of the officer whose job would be having to train an army of real She-ites.
When did shoemaker get up in the ranks? From these incompete statements he sounds like a clinton holdover.
He sure knows how to brownnose the PC crowd.
Stupid, stupid idea. The military should be for fighting wars not for making various groups feel better about themselves. Women have many virtues and strengths but in general fighting in combat is not among them.
Bucking for that Chairmanship of the Joint Chiefs, eh?
I agree Avenger, and I'm female
Wonder why CBS doesn't report female casulties during their FALLEN HEROES report on the CBS Evening news? I think it has to do with the fact that CBS fears the majority of America will get uneasy hearing her daughters are being killed in Iraq, just as the guys are. And will not support females on the front lines. It all comes down to being PC with our military, the agenda some are trying to push. I don't support it one bit. I'm female, we shouldn't put females on the front lines. Leave it to the hard core men to do the job.
