The Shadow Party’s ascendancy marks a victory for the left — and in particular for Soros’ idiosyncratic vision of social utopia. Soros’ philanthropy has long promoted a phantasmagoria of radical causes such as medical rationing, euthanasia, gay rights, gun control, avant-garde education, regulation of political speech through campaign finance laws and the promotion of judicial activism. In his 1998 book The Crisis of Global Capitalism, Soros foretold the end of free enterprise

I can't help but be reminded of Khrushchev, in 1959, pounding his shoe at the UN saying - "we will bury you" :^(...rto

So far, he has weathered the storm. But his accusers persist. In the last three weeks, their attacks have reached a furious crescendo, with calls for DeLay’s resignation screaming from blog sites, editorial pages and television screens across the land.

Of course the dems want DeLay's head on a platter. He seems to be the only Republican that has the gumption to say what he thinks and that worries the dems.

The Dem party has picked their leader and they stand for everything this commie Soro's stands for..

So far, today's edition of the Houston Comical has 2 hit pieces and 2 cartoon's that portray DeLay the "Soros way".....and I am only on page 5 of section A.

It's a daily drumbeat and is obviously orchestrated.....

Why do conservatives buy the Houston Chronicle? The least they could do is drop that liberal rag. If you subsidize the Dems by buying papers like this one, you should also write letters to the editor complaining about their bias on a regular basis.
Isn't it odd that DeLay's comment about the men responsible for Terri's death should be interpreted by liberals as a threat against judges? Not one of them thinks that they will have to stand before God, the Supreme Judge, and answer for their sins.

Why are we allowing a foreign national to conspire against the US government.

I believe that Soros should be investigated and indicted under racketeering laws. It is wrong for a foreign national take over a political party in this country and be allowed to get away with it.

***.....In recent weeks, Democrats and activists who helped fund the 2004 presidential campaign have created their own "good government" coalitions to target DeLay. Billionaire George Soros's Open Society Institute has contributed some $2.5 million to ethics coalition groups.

.... Democratic groups are funding ads in DeLay's Texas district, in conservative newspapers, and major new stations in Washington. Last week, the Campaign for America's Future ran ads in districts of other Republicans, tarring them with DeLay's troubles. Those targeted include Rep. Rob Simmons (R) of Connecticut, Rep. Tom Reynolds (R) of New York, who chairs the Republican National Committee, and Rep. Doc Hastings (R) of Washington, the newly appointed House ethics chairman. ...***

You are right; it's time Americans are fully informed on who Soros is and his control of the Democrat Party. This is the real immoral and unethical part of this and it needs to be fully exposed for all to see.

That is a valid question and one that I wrestle with all the time... I happen to like a morning newspaper...Sadly we have only one in the Houston area. Do I cancel? YES.... I loathe the owners/editors not all of the writers. Besides, it's worth keeping an eye on the rag......

The blueprint of Soros subversive network is seen in the Orange Revolution in the Ukraine and the one in Georgia. The DC establishment cheered Yushchenko then it serves them right they are brought down by their own overseas ally. What did they think? That this tactic would not be brought home for use domestically?
