And she's still screaming, although she seems to be running down, just a little. Grandma's got a handle on it. I don't dare go in there right now, lest I interupt the going to sleep process.

Her mother reports she's actually starting to try to scoot on the floor, hasn't quite figured out how to use her arms to help, so she uses her chin instead. :) Yea, I'd say that "strong willed" is an understatement. Fortunately, she's also pretty even tempered, most of the time.

You are going to have to watch that "gato-ette", she is gonna be a quick study...which will probably give her mom and dad fits as she starts getting into mischief earlier than some kiddos.

We can always tell when Chase is producing one of her "famous" poopy-pants, because she makes enough noise to hear all over the house....LOL and her face turns SO red!!!

The exciting thing is that both of these drugs hold promise of letting me get ahead with my life. If I'm doing good, I can go back to work and carry on a normal life again.

TC, have you noticed what has happened to the price of fuel since you stepped in that hole? Sir, all of America needs you to get well. We are all praying for you to get back to work out in them oilfields and get the price of fuel down where us common folks can afford to fill up the car and the lawnmower in the same week!

A lady told me yesterday that Faith was very lucky to have me.

Let me tell you a secret. We are all lucky to have you as a friend.

Mine was a retired quarterhorse, perfect for an 11 year old girl in Florida...

Dang straight. TC's absence from the rigs I figure is a major cause of gas prices.

Obviously them hands need some better supervision!

UPDATE ON TC.......... (I'm using the Termite's "Ping" list.. hope no one minds!)

I received a call from Faith this morning and they had to do an emergency surgery on TC yesterday for a perforated bowel. He is doing OK, but will be in the hospital for at least 5 days.

Yes, this does delay starting the treatment, but they were told as soon as he feels well enough, he can get back in line to start it.

He started to feel bad on Thursday and was in a lot of pain and discomfort. One of his doctors that they called said it was "gas". Sunday morning at breakfast, he still was in a lot of pain, and so they went to a "doc in the box" who immediately sent them to ER. They didn't even put him in a room, straight to ER. For those who don't know it, this condition can kill you in a matter of days. Soooooooooooo.. as bad as the set back is, he was lucky. So were we.

It's so sad that this happened right before the testing was to begin and let him start on the drugs to rid his body of the cancer. One good thing is that the doctor said he saw NO cancer in the bowel, which means it has not spread there. Thank you Dear God.

Once again, it's BIG TIME prayer time. This sweet man has endured 9 months of almost endless pain and a fight many would give up at the mere mention of. But we all know he's a fighter, with a will that most never even dream of.

Thank you all for again getting on the prayer wagon for him. And please continue to pray for the dearest and closest thing to his heart, his precious Faith. She needs our help too.
