So the judge refused to release the info?
Why is this news?
That's just what's expected.
Now, it would be NEWS if. . .
The media decided to cover this in the same way they covered Bush's national guard documents.
But, that might put the right-to-death movement in a bad light.
So they'll ignore it. . .

But of course everything hidden by the left must remain hidden. But when the right even steps into that "grey area" between right and wrong, the left kicks into high gear, spins it and makes sure that the issue gets global publicity.
Remember! We are the evil ones! We're the ones who oppose a woman's right to her own body! Even if that body contains the body of another woman! We're the ones who in our hateful ignorance, don't embrace diversity with the pro-death, bug chasing, homosexuals. We're the narrow minded, fundementalist Christians!
Yes...let's NOT forget these things!
I don't think it's possible to have any more contempt for the left than as of this week with the murder of Terri Schaivo.

It will be quite interesting if it turns out this guy was known to have been a real bastard by everyone, yet the media, DCF and judicial system colluded to keep that from the public so they could kill Terry.

Judge Greer of course is the official in question sabotaging the abuse investigation, and ordering its vast number of allegations sealed without proper investigation.

Wouldn't this sort of activity by Greer be considered sufficient grounds to impeach him?

During a hearing Thursday, just hours after Terri Schiavo died, DCF attorney Jennifer Lima-Smith asked Greer to keep its records sealed, saying, "It's time to end this case." Just a few weeks ago, however, the agency was pressing for a full blown abuse probe.
That's the problem with bureaucrats these days. Now they just want to sweep it under the rug and move on. This is so ridiculous! An investigation NEEDS to be made into Michael's motives. This can't be swept under.
If it's proven that MS was abusive and had other reasons to kill his wife, then it will show that this as not merely a case of what to do with severely handicapped people. It shifts completely into a case of state assisted homicide.

Florida's Department of Children and Families had received nearly 90 allegations that Michael Schiavo had abused his wife in recent years - but a Florida judge ruled yesterday that DCF summaries of those allegations must remain secret And how many of those allegations came from people that never met Terri or had a dog in the fight. For all that is made of the fact that it took Michael years to remember what she wanted, people overlook the fact that the SChindlers admitted in court that they knew Terri was in persistent vegetative state and it took them five or six days to report to the Federal Courts that Terri said "IIII waaaa..." If she really did say that dont you think they would have put that in their first series of appeals rather than their second. Only when they were out of ammunition did they decide to present that as reason to reattach feeding tube. They might as well said she got up and danced a jig.

DCF wants to end the case now to protect their butts (why didn't they do more to protect Terri?).

And how many of those allegations... well Dave, that's something we'd like to know too. Does it bother you at all that you won't find out? Evidently not by the post you just offered up. All the lame excuses and double-talk, yet no concern.

Cautionary note:
"Florida's Department of Children and Families had received nearly 90 allegations that Michael Schiavo had abused his wife in recent years -..
This would not relate directly to the early-on suspicions that abuse by Michael may have caused her brain damage.

"Florida judge ruled yesterday that DCF summaries of those allegations must remain secret."
This is wrong, Wrong, WRONG! This judge, if it isn't Greer, needs to be impeached. The judicial system has far too much power and the judges know this and wield it like an ax. These judges need to be held accountable instead of being paid under the table to the highest bidder.
I was, am and still feel that AI needs to replace the judges. Think about all the savings. As far as penalties, just program the punishment to fit the crime. But the argument against that line of thought is that judges take into account the human factor where AI's couldn't. So, where was the human factor taken into consideration by Greer? Lord, he needs to be impeached as well as the whole judicial system.
