Wouldn't this sort of activity by Greer be considered sufficient grounds to impeach him?

Yes. There is more than enough evidence to impeach Judge Greer and put him on trial for numerous crimes. BUT . . . it all comes down to the political will to do so. The first step must be to get the truth out there past the stonewalling liberal media, so the heat will be on the politicians to act. Otherwise, they have already shown that they will do nothing.

A state legislature which allowed SCOFLAw to make that unconstitutional ruling in the Chad Wars and to directly defy their constitutional power to run an election and did nothing in response is not about to start acting now, unless they are forced to by angry voters.

There are over 40 instances of violations of law by Greer in his decisions and his behavior.

Works for me! I should think that thumbing his nose at CONGRESSIONAL Subpoena's would be right up there in importance too!
