(Denny Crane: "Sometimes you can only look for answers from God and failing that... and Fox News".)
Mel is right.
Mel, along with just about EVERY other clear thinking, reasonable, bright and articulate true voice of long trusted and respected LEADERSHIP, *gets* it. And the list of prominent, bright, constitutional savvy and humanitarian minded Conservatives IS VERY LONG AND IMPRESSIVE.
I didn't get around to it, but maybe someone else could assemble--or add to--a list of those notables who are against the abominable starvation of this helpless innocent.
I'll start with Mark Levin, author of best seller "Men in Black."
REDRUM
Good post.
Thanks to Mel for speaking up. Whatever it is that makes someone like judge Moore an easy target and Judgenfurer Greer armor plated, I would sure like to know.
I too am appalled, astounded and stunned.
And they expect us all to be calm, seemly and believe all of this is merely the law? No - I am not that dumb.
Give me a break.
We are seeing the government push through the ability of some to determine when others die and Terri is their sacrificial lamb. Oh gee, there is just no law that can help Terri. It can only help the side that wishes to kill.
Poor Terri - if only she knew the greater purpose to her death - to allow the government to kill its citizens for the better good.
Amen and amen!
Does anyone know why the 'husband' cannot be divorced since he is living with another woman?
Just wait until Terri's death, then we will be treated to all the brave politicians telling us what and outrage this is and how we have to vote for them so that this never happens again. The spectacle will be sickening. Espeacilly when so, when those that could have saved Terri take the floor to speak.
I may not be the brightest or most articulate, but even I "get" it. Wish I had heard the interview, but I can't stand listening to (lies from smarmy) Alan Colmes and his guests just to hear Hannity get a few seconds of un-interrupted interviews (of subjects I usually tend to agree with anyway).
It is beyond belief. And it is going to set a terrible precedent.
How is it that the judiciary can rule the executive branch or legislative branch? I just can't understand. I know I'm just a dumb high school dropout, but to see the government murder an innocent helpless woman is just the sickest crime I can imagine.
Well as long as the courts just murder nobodies like you and me, the elites will not worry about it too much. If fact, they might find a practical use for the practice.
Because he cannot be forced to do so.
Im dumbfound not only at the drama unfolding, but dumbfounded at the fact that some of our fellow FReepers don't get it.
FYI
And nobody listened to Hamlet, either.....:(
I heard it, and Mel Gibson was in total disgust with the system. He said that if Judge Moore can be removed for taking a stand, then why are the big mans hands tied with this little judge? Sure doesnt make any sense to me either.
I wish Mel Gibson, Jesse Jackson, and whoever else with a notable name would have come forward on day 1, day 2, day 3, day 4, etc. instead of where it's getting irreversible...
