Here is the thing: Jeb has been trying for years to save her!!! Yet people expect him to break the law. GW and Jeb are not above the law! The real villians are the judges.

You know the syndrome. Attack the people who tried to help you the most when you did not achieve your goals. Cut the nose off to spite the face.

Keep your eyes on the real culprit's, the Judges. To say that the brothers Bush are not doing anything is ridiculous. Congress needs to get off their rear-ends and get the courts back on track interpreting the law not making it.

You are totally right!!! I am really disappointed in my freepers on this subject. They are supposed to be law and order guys and gals but they want Jeb to break the law.
Lets go to the problem and start getting rid of these legislating judges.

Finally, a voice of reason!! I remember a lot of griping & complaining on the site when Bill Clinton & Janet Reno disregarded the Laws of the State of Florida. So now it's okay? Jeb & GW have both gone to bat for Terri, and I know they hoped for a better outcome, but you can't just go around breaking laws because we want a different outcome than the law has ruled on. You have to work within the system or you're encouraging chaos. I'm sick & tired on those on this site who want to take their ball and go home when they don't get their way. We ARE A NATION OF LAWS and must work from within to change them. How could you respect leaders who did what they wanted no matter what? Isn't that what happens in a dictatorship!?!?!

If GW ha so much repect for the law, why is he allowing millions of illegal to entry the country? Our leaders enforce the law when they want, ignore when they want and violate when it suits them.

I was wondering how far I'd have to read in this thread to find a couple realists. I still pray and bitch and pull out my hair everytime something new comes out in the NEW MEDIA, but I can't fault either Jeb or G.W. for this.

The pink pants wearing Congress (in Florida as well as the Feds) who allowed a crooked blind judge, the 11th circus court, and Florida's supreme court to poke them in the eye, who are peeing in their pants because they "might make the democrats mad" by using the Constitutional option to end the filibusters in the Senate, who are backing down on Socialist Security, who are not even talking about tax reform... you know the ones WE VOTE FOR are the ones to blame.

Here's the point.........then you are saying that we are helplessly going to be controlled by these corrupt Judges?? At some point, when is there going to be a showdown?? How many people have to be murdered in the meantime??

Yet people expect him to break the law.

Any law that proscribes starving innocent people to death is worthy of breaking, and with force.

Well if the governor can't save one person during all this time - that means he is incompetent - or doesn't want to risk what it would take. Either way, he is not worthy to lead.

Just what law would Jeb be breaking by saving her? Are we to believe that anything a judge says binds us by law?
