Unfortunately, his first wife loved him too. He cheated on her and failed to pay support.

McVeigh's attorneys sought to ensure he got a fair trial, they did not fabricate evidence, lie thru their teeth, and ask the jury to 'send a message' to the government.

Ah thanks, I thought it was Morehouse College.......it's been so long.

Something I will never forget and something that convinced me that justice is not what was sought in that case, but revenge against 'racist' America.

Dr. Lee admitted that his reputation was severely damaged by his performance at the OJ trial.

IMO, he never got his reputation back. To me he's nothing more than a high priced prostitute.

He had those Farakhan men standing in the Courtroom.....intimidating the jury is what they were doing.

What where they called....fruits of Islam?

Sorry but I disagree with you. It was the Cochran team who tried to convince the world that the prosecution was a lynch mob.

Neither of the lawsuits was related to the storage facility. Both were frivolous, ambulance chasing suits brought against my business. My general liability insurance company was saddled with attorney fees to defend me. However, after exonerating details were uncovered by deposition, the cases never went to court.

I'll join you guys in the 'no class' category.

He perverted the justice system based on pure racism.

Very sorry to hear of his passing. His father called in to Larry King Live last night and said that the Lord told him the night before that 'today would be the day' that his son would go home. His father sounded like a very polite and proper man.
Prayers.

Cochran did his job as a lawyer defending his clients. As a law enforcement officer I did my job well and so did Johnnie Cochran. Though I may not have liked the man personally, he did what he was paid to do, give the best representation for his client or clients. The verdict lies in the hands of the jury, whether we agree with it or not. God will ultimately judge Mr Cochran, either positively or negatively. I think all of us freepers should keep that in mind and let God do his job. Brwnsuga, your words are the truth. NSNR

I worked, at the time OJ offed his victims, not 200 yards from the crime scene; it was a VERY interesting year or so in that Brentwood area.

No kidding? Wow, that must have been an absolute circus to be around.

I don't care what his family thinks

Well, I don't particularily care what you think, either. It's pretty easy to say this stuff on a message board, but would you be so bold as to say "Good riddance" to their faces? I doubt it, and if you could, I'd have to pray for your soul, as well. I just may, anyway.
