After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
Impeach Judge George W. Greer
of Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit

Fox: (Greg Jarred)interview with Bill Kristol
Greg: People are calling MS a dispicable swine. "I think Randal Terry is a dispicable swine.."
We all know
Personal attacks are not a valid argument to the issue, the deathocrats are getting angry. They must be very fearful...
Yes, I'd thought of that too. But she's more beautiful than Felos has ever seen her!!! Yet, I don't see him taking a photo of the blood running out her face to prove his statement.
I've never cared for E.D. I care even less now.
Morphine is used for pain or to depress pulmonary functions. What the HECK does "relief of her organs" mean anyhow?!
In TX, anyone can run for judge if he/she is over 18 and a citizen. They don't have to have passed the bar. Maybe the same in FL?
yes and Bill Kristol said that Jeb's reputation is fine and that this will not hurt them! boy do they have a surprise coming!
RE my post 587
Apparently this thing applies to all judges, I just checked a couple other names and they have the same code applied.
That's what they think. Jeb seems to be taking a rather cavalier approach to this...that says a lot to me, personally. Maybe I'm wrong...but that's how it looks from this end.
I read the article, which says that something will happen in April to reveal Jesus' presence.
Father God,
We celebrated yesterday as a nation, and the world, Your victory over death and satan. Your resurrection to newness of life. Thank you Father for taking Calvary's torture and pain for me. For all of us.We are comforted with the fact that You are in control, and that the " steps of a rightous man are ORDERED BY THE LORD". We stand amazed this morning that Terri is still holding onto her life. Thank you for answering our hearts cries and sustaining her yet another day. Her life is in YOUR HANDS. We ask, if it be in YOUR WILL, that this day, some one will be able to rescue Terri from this grip. That truth will be known, and this wrong will be righted. We also ask you Lord Jesus that you will infuse us with Your strength and determination to fight the good fight. " Guide us Oh thou Great Jehovah, Pilgrim thru this barren land" We ask you to pilgrim dear Terri at this very moment. We Bless your name, We Bless your name, we GIVE you all the GLORY.
In YOUR NAME, Amen
That's easy, I'll buy Texas citrus (Ruby Red, Texas Sweet, and local grocery chains use Texas fruit juices). Of course citrus is grown in several other states such as Arizona and California. It's not like Florida it above all other areas of the world that can grow oranges, although Greer might disagree. I understand that not everyone can get Texas produce but Minute Maid is located in KY. I can't say they don't get their fruit from FL but at least it's a step away, not to mention they're rivials with Tropicana. I think it's Home Depot that's located in FL. I'm not planning any home repairs that a trip to another hardware store wouldn't suffice. I rarely go to an office supply anyway.
Excellent advice. I don't run after visionaries, myself, because everything we need to know we have been already told, although it can be a comfort.
No matter how angry we are, we need to give it to God.
No matter how grieved we are, we need to give it to God.
No matter how disappointed, we need to give it to God.
The small still voice that I like to think is the Spirit whispering into my heart has been telling me "Watch and see."
What I have seen is how the evil has snuck into our country.
What I have seen is how the culture of death has played on people's desire to be kind and compassionate.
What I have seen is how people with good intentions can pass laws with bad results.
I have seen how the dark is trying to use this to discredit those of us who believe.
I have seen that people of good will who believe are still willing to stand for truth.
This is not an abstract issue any more. It is an issue that has a face and calls out for telling it like it is.
Lord, open our hearts to your word,
open our eyes to see as you see,
heal our hearts, that we may love as you love,
use our hands that we may use them for your glory,
our feet, that we may walk where your want us,
our tongues to say the healing words you ask us to,
this day and always,
in the name of Jesus,
Amen.
Hey! I just noticed I was replying to you. You, as a fellow Texan, should know the valley grows the best citrus yet you're questioning my buying preferences???
I just received this from RightMarch.com:
TAKE ACTION: Here are the two areas we need you to take
action in NOW:
1) Governor Jeb Bush has made several statements the last few
days, claiming that he doesn't have the constitutional or
statutory authority to take Terri in to protective custody.
But as we've mentioned before, we *personally* told his people
FACE TO FACE that he DOES have that authority: we had a
meeting on March 23 between folks from RightMarch.com (William
Greene and our attorney, Larry Klayman) and Governor Bush's
chief counsel (his top lawyer on staff). Then we had a meeting
on March 24 between our folks (this time, Larry Klayman AND
Ambassador Alan Keyes) and Gov. Bush's Chief of Staff. Both
times, we presented information on why the Governor DOES have
the authority RIGHT NOW under Florida Law and the Florida
constitution to take Terri into protective custody NOW, and
save her life.
But Gov. Bush failed to take action. Why? We believe that his
staff -- the political cronies that he has surrounded himself
with -- have NOT given him the documents we provided. They
just smirked and gave us political platitudes, acting like
they were doing US some big favor by granting us five minutes
of their valuable time. Then they walked off, apparently
tossing Dr. Keyes' well-researched documents into the trash
when they got back to their spacious corner offices.
These people are more interested in protecting their political
careers than saving Terri's life. So it's time for US to turn
up the heat on them, and DEMAND that they deliver the documents
that Gov. Bush NEEDS -- so he can save Terri Schiavo.
Ambassador Keyes and Larry Klayman are STILL willing to meet
with the Governor, or to have a conference call to explain
his authority, and his DUTY.
We need EVERYONE READING THIS MESSAGE to call Governor Bush's
lead counsel and chief of staff RIGHT AWAY, and tell them to
do one simple thing:
"SHOW GOVERNOR BUSH THE DOCUMENTS FROM ALAN KEYES AND
LARRY KLAYMAN -- TELL HIM TO EXERCISE HIS CONSTITUTIONAL
AUTHORITY, AND TAKE TERRI SCHIAVO INTO PROTECTIVE
CUSTODY RIGHT AWAY."

William Large, Deputy Chief of Staff

Also contact Gov. Bush and ask him to read the documents:

(If you get busy signals, or full mailboxes, or unanswered
fax machines, please know that these ARE the correct numbers
and addresses. Just keep trying, if you can.)
You can click below to read -- AND USE -- Alan Keyes'
documentation that explains to Gov. Jeb Bush that he has the
legal authority to save Terri Schiavo... the SAME document
that we delivered to Gov. Bush's staff:

2) On Monday, we'll be sending several representatives up to
Washington, D.C., to confront House Speaker Dennis Hastert and
Congressman Tom DeLay, asking them to explain why they have
not enforced the subpoenas issued by Congress to Terri Schiavo.
Our people will also urge Congress to find Florida Probate
Judge George Greer in contempt for deliberately IGNORING Terri
Schiavo's subpoena.
Call, fax or e-mail Reps. Hastert and DeLay now, urging them
to enforce the Congressional subpoenas and to hold Judge Greer
in contempt -- and to therefore order the re-insertion of Terri
Schiavo's feeding tube... and ask President Bush to order the
Department of Justice to move in to save Terri:

As long as Terri has breath in her body, IT'S NOT TOO LATE to
save her from starving to death. Her family hasn't given up
hope... so NEITHER SHOULD WE.

Greer didn't visit her in all these years so why should he bother seeing a picture of her now. Not that he could see anything but a blur. He's blind in more ways than one.
Knitting, what can I say but AMEN. You've hit it right, all the way down the line.
