After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
Thanks. I'll be gone until the end of April. It will be interesting to see how this has played out over there. I lived in Europe for 2 years and they see us as uncivilized anyway. Our embassies are frequently picketed over the death penalty.
How do they feel about euthanasia over there?
I wonder how Terri would feel, causing such dissention and turmoil with so many. Does anyone know what her political affiliation was?
Then Jeb Bush upped the ante and held a news conference and claimed a right to protect life from the detacts of the court. At that moment this became a full blown pro-life battle, Congress got involved, and the president got involved, I didn't pick this battle, Jeb Bush picked it and now we have to win.
That is why the hatred of Jeb and the others that got us into this fight and walked away is so visceral.

Funny how perceptions of events can be so different. Just a quick response.
-I havent seen hatred of Jeb. EXTREMELY CRITICAL AND EVEN DEROGATORY, yes. But what I've seen here is usualy tht he didn't do enough and not at all that he "got us into this fight".
Jeb loused up the custody taking by most accounts and then didn't have the fortitude (and still doesn't) to act against a rogue court and that thug Michael.
For me it firstly IS " a sad case of some poor women getting screwed by bad representation and a husband out to rid himself of her".
I will try, I been studying many, many books and the Holy Bible, and looking at signs from the heavens(space) ,and what is now happening on Earth. I read many, many prophesy of many, and found that before HOLY GOD sends the Angel of Death . GOD sends messages,signs,warning via people, and thur your Holy Spirit. You have that HOLY SPIRIT, because you saw this test for what it is..... Evil killing a young child on the Holiest week, and you KNOW deep inside that something is wrong with big picture....This was PURE EVIL MURDER-cold-blooded in our faces, but many were fooled and were unable to SEE this great evil....(Joel, Ch.2)
You and millions of us around the world saw this and felt it,and saw those that are-not from God in this event many for the first time..They were revealed to us all to see...
This is by divine design, and it woke-us-up.

The ending is already foretold. We can't stop this great new powerful evil until we are with the Lord in the great battle. But, we can help by sowing the seed (word of God)and praying that it falls on good soil.
I just have a bad feeling about Jeb and George W. I hope and pray I'm wrong. I voted for GW and have prayed for him. Now I'm praying that this isn't his plan to help boost social security, and that we've all been sheeps led innocently to the slaughter.
