After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.

How about school board? State Representative? Judge? And encourage younger GOOD people to get involved.
Me too~ there needs to be a spring cleaning in Florida government and courts.

In the old days here in the South, few Republicans won office, but that was not as bad as it would seem-- many of the Southern Democrats were strong supporters of the Constitution, the military, and suspicious about the "wonderfullness of ever-growing government." The last big name Dem I supported was Sam Nunn, and I'd do it again. You knew where you stood with him, and he was willing to fight for his beliefs, unlike many of these "moderates" who plague us now.

I am still here. When I post to anyone, in the last couple of days, there is no reply directed back at me. No matter, although I wish it were otherwise, I am still here.
THE FIX WAS IN...
I read Scoop's latest article. People have been carefully plotting and instigating Terri's murder for years, it would seem. A Judge at the District Court of Appeals, Alterbrand, or something like that, as well as Shames, as well as the Schindler's first court attorney who agreed in court that Terri was PVS, never objected to non-expert witness testimony of her alleged condition, etc. etc. I think her name is Campbell, and she was in tight with Terri's enemies, it turns out.

This is what passes for the "rule of law", and that is why it stinks so rotten and tastes so bitter in the mouths of so many of us. Now people are writing stories explaining why the Schindlers never had a chance.
MarMema has posted some chilling info showing how the Judicial system in this nation always, always(one exception, I think) rules in favor of whoever wants to starve and dehydrate someone, and against whoever wants to continue their water and food.
Rule of Law, indeed... Everyone in authority to do anything, meaning Congress as well as the Exective, is way behind and way out of touch with this issue.

We are heading over Niagra Falls without a barrel, and the non-Judicial "powers" seem to think, well, sad situation, but as far as we can see the i's were dotted and t's crossed. Yep, the paperwork is all there and it was adjudicated many times. We don't agree, but we must be law abiding to these judicial decrees. Sure they are ignoring us and the laws we made, but in Pinellas county, the other side has us outmanned and outgunned.
Which is true. They do. However, it is WRONG. Is it "legal"? By their definition, it is, because it came from a court ruling emanating from a judicial system. That the system is totally corrupted to murder Terri Schiavo, well, they wish they could do something more, but...

Some here say they are in on the murder because they want expendable people to die, to save Social Security and Medicare. Someone said he now believes President Bush is capable of knowing about September 11th and deliberately allowing it, just like Cynthia McKinney alleged and Howard Dean spread, because he is deliberately facilitating this murder. The Bushes have been brought up to believe in the American system. They know it produces wrong answers at times, and they have been on the receiving end of dirty tricks, vicious lies, even crimes like forgery of military records etc. Still, they know of no other way than to act as they have been raised and educated and experienced, and what their legal advisors tell them.
WIRED WRONG...
The entire system is now totally wired to obey judges as if their rulings are the Rule of Law. Has been for many, many years. Now those of us supporting Terri see clearly, whereas before we saw through a glass, darkly, or not at all, that we should not bow down to the almighty rule of judges.
The Political, Legislative, Executive and Public Opinion systems of America don't get it...yet.

I agree with you. If there is an autopsy, I'll will never trust the results. Greer/Felos control the whole area. The results, in my opinion, will be phony as heck.
What's happening to Terri is a horrible outrage. While, I hope Terri is still saved, I know that may not happen.
At the very least, the slime ball HINO should allow Terri's family to have her body for a funeral and burial. The man is a MONSTER who is beyond descriptive words.

I can't tell you how many times I've heard the left slam opponents of their policies and actions as "extremists." Every time they've ever done this a hue and cry went up here on FReep. Now, on this issue -- even though it has truly been bipartisan, with those of many stripes fighting for good against evil -- we are seeing those who claim to be Christians" and "conservatives" slam the "extremists" supporting Terri and trying to save someone being starved to death. The surreal-ness of the whole spectacle is right in sync with other atrocities throughout history.
I just read on another thread that the NY Post has a picture of Jodi in todays paper. I've never seen a picture of her. Just though you might want to check that info out.
